What is Dry Ice Blasting

Dry Ice Blasting has been approved by the EPA , FDA and the USDA as an acceptable cleaning method.  Dry Ice  is obtained as a by product of other industrial processes . Dry Ice is made from  RECLAIMED CARBON DIOXIDE (CO2). Dry Ice blasting uses reclaimed CO2 it does not produce CO2.

Dry Ice Blasting is similar to sand blasting but it is non-abrasize and has no secondary waste to clean up and dispose of.

Dry Ice Blasting cleans by shooting a stream of dry ice pellets (-109'F)  at high speed  ( up to 2000 feet per second)  . This freezes the contaminates and causes the contaminates to shrink and crack. Then when the dry ice impacts a solid object it converts back to the gas state. When dry ice converts back to a gas state it rapidly expands 800x  the size of the pellets , this rapid expansion peels the contanimates off from the back side .

Dry Ice Blasting is an excellent way to clean electrical componates

Dry Ice Blasting is almost 100% sterile. And kills 80% of bacteria

Dry Ice Blasting is safe to use with food processing equipment

Dry Ice Blasting is completly dry , surfaces are ready to be painted or put back into service immediately after cleaning.

Dry Ice is a solid form of CO2

CO2 is a colorless, odorless in INERT  gas found naturally in our environment.

Plants exposed to higher levels of CO2 grow faster and stronger , CO2 encourages root growth and helps plants grow in more unsuitable growing conditions
